Content
KH200A computer control panel is designed and manufactured for full automatic dry cleaner. The computer works stably and reliably, with perfect functions; it has 16 ways of
switching valve input, 24 ways of relay output, and can control 3 ways of temperature simultaneously; furthermore, KH200A computer applies liquid crystal display, and has good man
machine dialogue; the liquid crystal display can show the working condition of the machine immediately, and nixie tube shows the temperature. The operating modes of each key are
indicated by LEDs, which helps to monitor the optimum condition of machine operation. The touch panel is well-sealed, waterproof, dustproof and anticorrosive, and the life of keys
reaches 1 million times or more. The computer provides manual and automatic working modes, and there is perfect interlock function between keys for manual operation to avoid
maloperation. In automatic mode, the needed 15 programs may be coded freely; when you want to run programs, only press Start Program key, and the whole washing process will be
completed automatically.
KH200A computer controlled dry cleaner still has the following characters:
Manual operation can be timed;
Chinese or English interface can be set;
Advance high-speed built-in microprocessor is applied, with high operation speed;
The main board applies SMT surface mounting technology, with compact structure, low thermal value and strong antijamming capability;
Difference technology is applied for communication, and data communication of the main assistant board can be easily realized only with a single wire, for convenience
of installation and disassembly of the controller;
The display part applies liquid crystal display, which has clear display;
Assistant board applies relay output, and no intermediate relay is needed, which reduces trouble spots and the difficulty of check and repair;
It has trouble statistic function, and may be applied to analyze the unstable part of the machine, so as to improve the performance;
If a right key is pressed, the loudspeaker will give out sound once, if a wrong key is pressed, the loudspeaker will give out sound twice to alarm;
In automatic operation, manual method can also be used to directly alter the working hours in the current step, and it is unnecessary to stop the machine;
The longest extract protection time will prevent damage to clothes due to prolonged extract time;

During the process of operation, the actual temperature and set temperature can be examined at any time, and the set temperature can be altered.
The pipeline of the machine is shown directly on the panel, so as that operators are easy to learn and operate;
Many parameters inside, which allows manufacturers to select setting before leaving factory, and password protection function is provided.

Tank 3; it works when the LED is lighted, and it stops
when the LED is put out;
Inlet Filter 2 Inlet Filter 2 key: press this key to open inlet filter valve

Inlet Cylinder Inlet Cylinder key: press this key to open inlet cylinder
valve; it works when the LED is lighted, and it stops
when the LED is put out;
Extract Extract key: press this key for 2 seconds of delay to
began extract;
This key will not work unless oil return pipeline valve is
opened and retroact pipeline is unobstructed;
This key is interlocked with Washing key, and Washing
key will not work before this key stops working and
delays for 60 seconds;
The LED of Extract key will flash in the process of delay;
The longest continuous working time of this key is 6
minutes, if it surpasses 6 minutes, extract will stop
automatically (different values can be set for different
time depending on different types);
High Speed Fan High Speed Fan key: press this key, and the high speed
fan will work, which is interlocked with the low speed
fan; it works when the LED is lighted, and it stops when
the LED is put out;
And delay for 10 seconds, the computer will check whether there is a setting of motor, mode and type, if there is no setting, the liquid crystal display will show:
At this time, user shall enter into setting parameters mode according to the tips on the liquid crystal display or with reference to Chapter V Parameters Setting and
Modification, and set motor and type again. Then, the computer will enter into operating mode.
In case of any abnormities in self-check, an alarm will be given, and the liquid crystal display will show tips; refer to Chapter VI Troubleshooting to remove the troubles.
2. Manual operation
After the temperature in air passage reaches 25C (which can be read from the measured value of drying temperature in temperature setting display), close the above two
keys.

Then open the cylinder door and load clothes after completing the above tasks.
(4). Washing
It is divided into filtration circulation washing and lesser circulation washing according to the difference of circulation modes of Stoddard solvents.

It is divided into two modes to discharged to solvent tank and discharged to distillation tank according to the difference of cleaning degree of solvent.

Caution: draining time shall not be too short or too long, which will not be less than 1 minute and more than 2 minutes.
(6). Extract
The draining path of extract is the same to the draining path;

Preheat for tens of seconds, and then start refrigeration key after the temperature in cylinder rises a little.
Caution: in the process of drying, different drying temperatures will be set through temperature setting display according to the varieties of clothes.
Caution: cooling time shall not be too long, which shall not surpass 7 minutes, so as to avoid over-low temperature and freeze off the coil pipe in air passage.
When all the three temperature LEDs are not lighted, the temperature shown on the computer panel is solvent temperature.

V. Parameters Setting
Caution: all parameters have been set before leaving factory; it is not proper to alter meters without special requirement to avoid influence to the normal
operation of the machine.
1. Parameters Setting
Once the computer is power-on, the liquid crystal display will show:

And 10 seconds will last; the system will request to enter password if Setupis pressed within this 10 seconds.
It will enter into the mode of manufacturer setting, now pressand to select parameter setting option, and press Enterto enter into this option; Now press or
to select parameter, and press +or to modify parameters; Pressing Setupmay recover the set value of this option to the initial value; after completing modification, press
ESCto quit parameters modification; if users have any modification, the machine will inquire whether to save. PressESC again to quit parameter setting function and enter into
normal washing operation.

VI. Troubleshooting
This system has provides perfect trouble detection function, which can conducts real-time testing to various errors of dry cleaner. When errors occur, the computer can
conduct automatic disposal according to the varieties of errors, and show the reasons of errors and solutions. Users may examine and repair the cleaner according to the tips of
the computer.

2. Q&A
(1). Q: Why does the liquid crystal display show door open after I close the cylinder door?
A: 1) Is the contact of micro active switch on door as well as the connection in good condition?
2) Are all protection tubes in good condition?
3) Is the contact of the plugs behind the computer panel in good condition? Damping or not?
4) Is the contact between the connectors of the upper and lower circuit boards in the side of the computer panel in good condition?
5) Is the auxiliary power supply circuit on the relay circuit board in the computer panel in good condition?
