Subhas Chandra Bose was called a War Criminal

Mahatma Gandhi , Jawaharlal Nehru, Mohammad Ali Jinnah and Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad referred to Netaji Subhas
Chandra Bose as a War Criminal. They had come to an agreement with the British Judge if Netaji were to come to India , he
would be handed over and charged. This claim was made by Usman Patel , a bodyguard of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose to
G.D Khosla One Man Enquiry Commission which was enquiring into Netajis disappearance.
Usman Patel , a bodyguard of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose broke into tears , while giving evidence that Jawaharlal Nehru
had asked him to make an application falsely stating that 21,600 seized from him , when he was arrested on October 13,
1945 was his own and he was trading in rubber in Singapore. Actually money belonged to Netaji for purchasing Rations and
foodstuffs for INA , Usman Patel said.
Usman Patel said that he did not relate to the story of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose disappearance and the burning of the
aircraft and the crash to anybody since the country was not independent. When he heard that Shah Nawaz Commission was
going to Tokyo to investigate Netajis disappearance , he related these matter to the then PM Jawaharlal Nehru. After he did
this , Shah Nawaz Khan did not permit him to appear before the Commission.

Netaji had written a letter to Jawaharlal Nehru from Formosa ( Taiwan )

Samar Guha , a Member of Parliament told Delhi Yuva Janata Members at North Avenue MPs Club that Netaji Subhas
Chandra Bose had written a letter to Jawaharlal Nehru after air crash in Formosa ( Taiwan ) to make necessary arrangements
for his return to the country , but Nehru passed on the letter to then Prime Minister of Britain.

A Large number of INA Soldiers were executed by British

Indian media wont tell the TRUTH to the Indian people , a large number of INA soldiers were executed by British , after
court martial. This was at that time BLACKED OUT by Foreign funded Indian media. This matter was disclosed by Ansar
Harvani , President , All India Youth League and General Secretary of UP Provincial Forward Bloc.
Ansar Harvani ,was released from Lucknow Central Jail after three years of detention. He was initially detained in Bengal
and then brought to UP.
Ansar Harvani said that he saw INA Soldier - Sardar Sardara Singh from Jallundhar walking to the gallows shouting Jai
Hind and Inquilab Zindabad , and being executed , when he was in Bengal Jail.
Ansar Harvani said he could not forget another INA Soldier - Raina Tiwari of Nadiad , a young man of 20, with whom he
shared his barrack in Alipur Central Jail was taken away by British Intelligence Authorities. He was later informed that he
was Court Martialled and then HANGED.
Mr Ansar Harvani also disclosed that in Lucknow Central Jail there were Nine Members of INA all Sikhs were
HANGED.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was a KGB prisoner in Russia.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was a KGB prisoner in Yakutsk Jail ( Siberia ) Russia , where he perished Forlorn and
Destitute. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was alive until 1985 and Indian government knew about it.
More than 8 Million files of Soviet Top Agencies like KGB , SMERSH , GRU will be classified and made public. Among
the files dated between 1917 to 1991 are said to be intelligence dispatches from Siberian GULAG camp , where Subhas
Chandra Bose had been held along with other War Criminals and Political Dissidents.

Another evidence was presented by former NKVD agent, Kozlov, about meeting Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Yakutsk
Jail ( Siberia ) Russia. He was suspected by Joseph Stalin - Soviet Dictator , as being Trotskyist and sent to Yakutsk prison.
He said that he had seen Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Cell No. 45.
He knew Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as he had been a Soviet Agent in India in 1930s. He had personally met Netaji
Subhas Chandra Bose disguised as Soviet Journalist in Calcutta and he knew his residence.

According to former NKVD agent, Kozlov, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose worked as Slave Labourer , while living in
primitive conditions in GULAGS and enduring harsh cold Siberian winter. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose might have
perished along with millions Russians working as slave laborers.

Dr Satyanarayan Sinha deposed in front of Khosla Commission

In 1952 , Congress MP and a former Career diplomat Dr Satyanarayan Sinha deposed in front of Khosla Commission , that
in the year 1950 , he had met Karl Leonhard, a former Abwehr spy in Leipzig, Germany , who had served time in Yakutsk
( Siberia ), after Germany lost the 2nd World war to USSR. He claimed to have met Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

According to Swetlana , daughter of Soviet Dictator Joseph Stalin , who came India in 1960s , stated that he was lodged
in Cell No 45 in Yakutsk Jail ( Siberia ) Russia. She revealed this secret to Indian authorities in New Delhi. But no action
was taken.
The then Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru had rubbished these claims and called them American propaganda.
Ukranian Government had already declassified top secret files on State Security ( KGB ), Main Intelligence Directorate
( GRU ) , Secret Police ( CHEKA and NKVD ) , Counter intelligence Agency ( SMERSH ) and Ministry of State Security
( MGB ) dated between 1917 and 1991.
Main Intelligence Directorate ( GRU ) was founded as a Registration Directorate in 1918 and named GRU.
Counter intelligence Agency ( SMERSH ) was founded by Stalin in 1943 , while Ministry of State Security ( MGB )
emerged in 1946.
KGB was formed in 1954 , as Committee for State Security.
After Ukraine gained independence, and collapse of Soviet Union, these files were kept in Security Service. The Ukraine
Government is planning on internet portal to make these records public , which will throw light on all prisoners and their
mysterious disappearance from the GULAG.
According to available archival material on Siberian GULAG camps , several camps were erected along with Yakutsk
along river Lena to lodge prisoners , who were then employed in building new shafts in the nearby coal mine , roads and
dams. Each camp had more than 500 to 1000 prisoners living in primitive living conditions and died when laying roads in
the coldest city in the world.
It is generally believed that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose might had died as a Slave Labourer, while working in coalmine or
laying roads. Satya Narain Sinha , former Aide of Jawaharlal Nehru testified under oath that he had received some notes
dated 1946 , from Military missions in Berlin from General Stewart and General Warren , saying Bose was not dead but was
suffering at the hands of Russians.
Over the years successive governments have looked the other way in the Netaji case and fiercely guarded Top Secret Files

mob killed 23 Muslims, including nine children, in the Ode village of Gujarat's Anand district.

Sources revealed that Gujarat Government gave the sanction to public prosecutors to file an appeal in the
Naroda Patia massacre case to demand capital punishment for Maya Kodnani , Babu Bajrangi and nine

Gujarat Government gave an order to form a panel to file an appeal with Gujarat High Court in the 2002
Naroda Patia massacre case and seek capital punishment for 10 convicts, including Kodnani and Bajrang
Dal leader Babu Bajrangi , who had been sentenced to life imprisonment.
The SIT had sought the state governments nod immediately after special judge Jyotsna Yagnik had
delivered her verdicts, convicting Kodnani, Bajrangi and a host of other accused.
The special court had sentenced Kodnani to 28 years in jail for the massacre of 97 Muslims in Naroda
Patia. Babu Bajrangi was sent to jail for the rest of his life.

to 30 years for 22 convicts. Narendra Modi led Gujarat Government gave sanction to public prosecutors to
file an appeal to press for enhancement of 24-year jail terms to 30 years for 22 convicts; this was apart

It was BJPs turn yet again to be hit by Wikileaks cables
with a US diplomat reporting that its senior leader Arun
Jaitley had remarked to him that Hindu nationalism is an
opportunistic issue for his party.
Pressed on the question of Hindutva,Jaitley argued that
Hindu nationalism will always be a talking point for
the BJP. However,he characterized this as an
opportunistic issue, a cable by Robert Blake,the Charge
at the US Embassy,to his government, had said after a
meeting with Jaitley on May 6,2005.
Jaitley, however, maintained that he had not used the
word opportunistic while Congress attacked him saying
those living in glass houses should not throw stones at
others.
 The cable by Blake said,in Indias northeast,for
instance,Hindutva plays well because of public anxiety
about illegal migration of Muslims from Bangladesh.
With the recent improvement of Indo-Pak relations,he
(Jaitley) added,Hindu nationalism is now less resonant in
New Delhi,but that could change with another cross-border
terrorist attack,for instance on the Indian Parliament,
the cable,accessed by The Hindu,said.

RSS never appoints genuine and committed Junior Hindutva leaders to senior positions within BJP.
They use genuine and committed Junior Hindutva leaders as tissue paper.
Arun Jaitley was Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, when UPA Government was in power. He
is now Union Finance Minister in Narendra Modi Government and is a close friend of
P.Chidambaram.

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday sported a skull cap
while greeting the Muslims on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.State Congress unit president Kantilal
Bhuriaand former Union minister Suresh Pachouri also wore skull caps while sharing the dais with
Chouhan at the Idgah here. This is not the first time that Chouhan donned a skull cap as he had
worn it on earlier occasions also.Film actor Raza Murad, who was present at the Idgah, appreciated
Chouhan's gesture of putting on a skull cap."I do not think much importance should be given to
sporting a skull cap as wearing it does not mean anything much," the actor said.However, the actor
quipped, "It was time that Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi learn some things from Chouhan
and does not show his aversion to skull caps."
