That I, ARLYN PANTORILLA-FREDERICKSON,of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and

with residence at DBeach, Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am the owner of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-77615
described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 4889) situated in the Barrio of Poblacion, Municipality of Sibutad,
Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Beginning at a point marked 1 of Lot
No. 4889, PLS-100, being S. 14-29 E., 18331.51 m from BLM No. 13, PLS-100, containing an
area of Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty (31,930) Square Meters.

That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant nor agricultural lessee;

That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1,Series
of 1989.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
