Please take print of Application and challan form after applying.

Please deposit challan form within due date.
Please select post, quota and test center carefully.
Selection of test center is subject to number of candidates.
Application Form should reach PTS office latest by last date
of submission of Registration Form.
After successful submission of application form, application form
will be displayed. Print the application form and deposit fee in any
branch of UB or HBL and send Application Form with Original Deposit Slip
(PTS Copy) to PTS Headquarter, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area,
Islamabad by mentioning Project & Post Name on envelop.
PTS will not be responsible for late receiving of Application Form through
Courier / Pakistan Post etc.
