Power of Attorney granted by: CARL DAVID RUTTER, as indicated below:

Let all men know that by the present power of attorney (insert date of execution of the power of attorney) in this city of (insert name of
the city where the power of attorney is being executed), at this Notary Office (identify the Notary Office and the Notary executing the
power of attorney); before me, appeared as Grantor CARL DAVID RUTTER, bearer of the identity card (inform number of the identity
card, passport or equivalent), married to LUCIANA CERATTI RUTTER, residing and domiciled at (inform complete address, street,
number, district, city, country). Grantor was identified by me upon production of the corresponding documents, in witness whereof.
Therefore, Grantor, upon production of the corresponding documents submitted to me, declared that by this public instrument and
pursuant to law, CONSTITUTES as his attorney-in-fact Mr. JOS CERATTI, Brazilian citizen, divorced, public servant of the
municipality, bearer of the identity card RG 18.149.342-1 SSP-SP , inscribed with the CPF/MF under number 072.575.798-14,
residing and domiciled at Estrada Keida Harada, 1151, Vila Ipelandia, Suzano, state of So Paulo, Brazil; to whom he grants the
broadest unlimited powers on behalf of Grantor, with powers to sell, compromise to sell, assign, exchange, rent, transfer and/or in
whatever way dispose of to anyone, upon the terms and conditions agreed upon the following real estate: A BUILDING LOCATED AT
NUMBER 74 OF TRAVESSA VERBENAS AND ITS LAND COMPRISING LOT 11 OF QUADRA 19, ACCROSS FROM TRAVESSA VERBENAS,
IN A TOTAL AREA OF 155.00 SQUARE METERS IN VILA MARINA IN THE CITY OF SANTO ANDR, STATE OF SO PAULO - BRAZIL,
briefly described herein, and described in details in the ENROLLMENT NUMBER 145,633 at the First Real Estate Registry Office of Santo
Andr, in the jurisdiction of Santo Andr, state of So Paulo - Brazil, and for such purpose the grantee referred to may describe and
characterize in a detailed way such property, accept the price and grant releases, sign plans, descriptive memorials, requirements or
any other documents, sell or assign, in the whole or in part, the property herein; require itemizations, as well as submit buying
documents, origin of the Land Registry, grant possession, rights and shares, and grant, sign and receive public deeds and/or private
instruments, accomplishing private engagements, execute deeds in the whole or in part, or any documents necessary, executed deeds
and re-ratification, sign any documents necessary, with powers to represent Grantor before Publics Offices and Federal Autarchies, and
State and Municipal Autarchies, INSS, City Hall, Internal Revenue Service and in court in general, including before Real Estate Registry
Office, Condominiums, the Federal Internal Revenue Service and/or any competent agencies, applying for certificates, annotations,
registries, grant and receive releases, requiring minutes, transfers, mortgage bonds, receive and execute deeds, and retain counsel with
the powers of clause " ad-judicia et extra", for the court in general, and sign, require and to whatever is necessary in the best interest of
Grantor, with powers to subrogate this instrument, whenever necessary. Finally, to accomplish anything for carrying on the present
mandate. Upon Grantor's request, I drew up this public instrument, which was read aloud and found in conformity, accepted, signed
and granted, in witness whereof.
