Fee Structure
Application Fee (Non-Refundable): RMB 1,500
This is a one-time non-refundable payment (which must accompany Student Application Form). A
prospective student is allowed to sit the placement assessment after the application fee is paid.

Registration Deposit (Refundable): RMB 10,000

All newly enrolled SSIS students will pay a RMB 10,000 registration deposit. This is will be invoiced and due
with your tuition fees. This deposit is refundable when your child leaves SSIS, please refer to the Terms and
Conditions of Enrolment.

Library Deposit (Refundable): RMB 500

Students can borrow books from the library only after they pay a deposit of RMB 500. This deposit is
refundable when your child leaves SSIS; please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.

Transportation Fee:
Transportation fees are charged to those students who ride the bus and are determined by location.

Meals
The cost of school lunch is not included in the tuition fee. School lunch is catered by Sodexo and payment for
meals will be made directly to Sodexo.

Uniform
All students, expect G11-12, are required to wear the school uniform. The cost of school uniform is not
included in the tuition fee. School uniform is provided by Totema and payment for uniform will be made
directly to Totema.

Apple Laptop (Grade 5 -12):

All students from Grades 5 12 are required to have an Apple laptop with the school's software image on it.
Families may choose to either purchase a laptop from the schools supplier or purchase a computer outside
of school. For more information please see the SSIS Apple 1-1 Laptop Program information sheet.

Trips / Activities:
Some enrichment programs or activities carry additional costs for tuition or transportation. Field trips or
residential trips may also require an additional payment.

Fee Payment
All payments are to be made to Suzhou Singapore International School. We accept payment by cash or wire
transfer to our USD or RMB account. The payer will bear all bank charges.
