1. TRAVEL AGENCY OFFER

This Program will be 14 nights Makkaah and 4 night in Madinaah.
Program Schedule:
Departure Date : buy your own ticket between 07-10 Nov 2010.
Return Date : buy your own ticket between 24-26 Nov 2010.
Duration : 18 days.
Details:
1- In Makka: 8 Nights
From 1 Zul Elhajjah to 8th Zul Allahjaah
(Sunday 7th Nov. 2010 to Sunday 20th of Nov. 2010)
2- In Mina: 5 Nights
From 9 Zul Elhajjah to 13th Zul Allahjaah
(Sunday 14th Nov. 2010 to Friday 19th of Nov. 2010)
3- In Maddina: 4 Nights:
From 14th Zul Allahjaah Morning till 18th afternoon
(Saturday 20th Nov. 2010 to Wednesday 24th of Nov. 2010.

• Total cost will be 170,000 Yen Including Accommodation, Bank Checks and Visa Fee.
• Children less than 7 years free of charge. But if you need accommodation for him you
have to pay for him/her.

3. PAYMENT PROCEEDING.

Please proceed the payment for registration JPY20,000 - (Twenty thousand yen) to the

4. CANCELLATION PENALTY

1. All the cancellation fees will be shifted to serve the group and to be subtracted from
the total amount of deposit money of the group. As example: (50 persons X 20,000)-
cancellation fee.
2. The deposit Amount (20,000 yen for each person) will be with MSAJ Hajj Group till the
Hajj processing will finish. If no Complains were reported from Hajij, after the Hajj
finishes, about the Agent’s Arrangement the deposit money will be given to the travel
agency.
3. The representatives from MSAJ Hajj make restricted Contract with the Agent and the
conclusion of the contract will be attached with the Second announcement. After
signing the contract it will be handled only by Hajj Leaders from MASJ.
4. MSAJ will chose 3 to 4 representative for Hajj to be with committee of Hajj group to
follow up all the processing from now and will have all detail with them before going to
Jeddah.
