This is a survey on the Core Values of CIAC as well as concerns faced by its
employees. The Company wishes to know in great detail how the values are
practiced by the members of the organization in order that necessary programs can
be formulated/ reinforced or aligned.

The CORE VALUES upheld by the organization are enumerated below and can be
summarized in the acronym CIACcITE. They are described as follows:
