Awareness of employee about their actual compensation and benefits on their motivation

This study proposes on how employees understand and make use of their
compensations and benefits as their motivation at work. Compensation and benefit create a big
role on how to keep employees work enthusiastically and energetically during work hours. It
also keeps employees motivated to stay in the company and not quit. This study aims to check
the level of awareness of the employees about their compensation and benefits and on how
they are being motivated by it.

Compensation and benefits as a predictors of the Job satisfaction level of the Stuff position
employees productivity.

This study proposes how compensation and benefits affect the Job satisfaction level of
the staff position employees productivity. It is known that compensation and benefits play an
important role in determining employees job satisfaction level but there are a variety of factors
that can influence a persons level of job satisfaction. Factors that includes the level of pay and
benefits, the fairness of the promotion system within a company, quality of working conditions,
leadership and social relationships and the job itself. Through this, the employees productivity
is always affected by this factors. The study aims to know how the stuff position employees
productivity is affected by their job satisfaction level using the companys compensation and
benefits as a predictor of it.

Examining methods of controlling subjective personal biases among Human Resources


personnel in charge of interviewing and hiring job candidates

This study proposes the research on controlling subjective personal biases among
Human Resources personnel in charge of interviewing and hiring job candidates in an
organization. The biases of the personnel to the job candidates according to their gender, age,
culture, race, religion, ethnic group, employee relationship, achievements, and work
differences.

Examining the concept of fairness in employee wages, hours, and other considerations

This study proposes an integrative framework, identifies the underlying structure of


fairness at work and examines the role of fairness at work in an organizational process. This
study also found that perceived fairness at work moderates the relationship between workload
and job strain; that is, the high workload was associated with high strain only when perceived
fairness was low. In addition, fairness mediated the relationship between role conflict and job-
related well-being. These findings have implications for workplace interventions.b
The Effects of Job Characteristics on Job Satisfactory and Organizational Commitment of
employees.

This study proposes on how job characteristics affect the job satisfactory and
organizational commitment of the employees in the company. Job characteristics of an
employee mean, the personal feeling of satisfaction on the job from which the employee is
motivated to do so. The term refers to the overall relationship between the employee and the
employer from which the employee is paid. As he/she is satisfied with the job he/she is working
on, the employees psychological attachment to the organization shows his/her organizational
commitment from which is a determining factor if the employee will stay with the organization
and work towards the organizational goals. The aims of this study are to use the Job
characteristics theory as a predictor to know the effects of it to show the Job Satisfactory and
Organizational commitment of the employee to the company.
