Set up access
Cross travel not working
Found circuit breaker tripped
Checked circuits for shorts or unbalanced circuits - ok
Reset circuit breaker and checked operation - ok
Set up lifting frames on beam
Set up chain blocks and slings
Removed tow arm assembly
Lifted hoist
Tried to undo retaining bolts and found to be to tight for allocated tooling
Sourced extra tooling to loosen bolts
Removed cross travel motors to allow access to remove wheels
Separated hoist
Removed grease cover off one wheel, removed circlip and started to remove wheel
Wheel would not come off, as gap was too small
Loosened off counterweight bolts and moved back
Dropped hoist below beam level to enable free access to circlips and wheels
Went to change out first wheel and found that only two wheels which were supplied were correct
Sourced two new wheels
Changed first wheel
Moved EWP into position
Removed circlip, changed next wheel
Repeated process for the rest of the wheels
Lifted hoist back into position
Re-spanned hoist
Moved counterweight back into position
Tightened all bolts
Reinstated cross travel drives
Reinstated tow arm
Removed chain blocks
Removed lifting equipment
Packed up all tooling
Test ran cross travel - all ok
Test ran all functions - ok
