C. PURPOSE OF CONFERENCES
The 8th RCMME and The 3rd RCEnE are expected to become a media of
communication, exchange of ideas, cutting-edge research and a forum of cooperation
and partnership between researchers and industries in the field of manufacturing
and energy worldwide, South East Asia and East Asia in particular.

The organizers of this seminar are the Department of Mechanical and Industrial
Engineering of UGM, AUN/SEED-Net and JICA.
G. EVENT CONCEPT
1. The 8th RCMME
This event is a two-day seminar with six keynote speakers. With 2 keynote speakers
for the topic of manufacturing, 3 keynote speakers for the topic of mechanical, 1 keynote
speakers for the topic of material, and 1 keynote speaker from the industry. The first day
will be presented by Prof. Shinnosuke Obi of Keio University, Prof. Nobumasa Sekishita of
Toyohashi University of Technology, Nobuki Hasegawa (Senior Fellow in Komatsu Ltd.
Japan) in confirmation, and Prof Noer Ilman of Universitas Gadjah Mada. The second day
will be presented by Prof. Yoshio Yamamoto of Tokai University, Prof. Norihisa Miki of
Keio University and Prof. Hideki Aoyama of Keio University. After keynote speakers, the
presentation of each participant will follow.
To attract participants outside of the AUN/SEED-Net members, we are working
hand in hand with International Conference on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering
(ICMME) and The 8th National Seminar Materials and Metallurgy (SENAMM VIII).
SENAMM VIII will only be held on the first day. By working together with these two events,
we hope that it will increase the number of participants who are interested in presenting
their research within this theme field of study.

REGIONAL CONFERENCE
The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of Universitas Gadjah
Mada in collaboration with AUN/SEED-Net present an international conference which
consists of the 8th RCMME (in conjunction with ICMME and SENAMM) and the 3rd RCEnE
(in conjunction with Thermofluid VII). In 2015, Seminar Thermofluid will be held for the 7th
time, Seminar Nasional Metalurgi dan Material for the 8 th time, and International
Conference on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering for the first time. The committee
of the Regional Conference is giving a chance for companies, institutes or other parties to

COLLABORATION OFFERS
In the Regional Conference held by The Department of Mechanical and Industrial
Engineering of Universitas Gadjah Mada, the committee offers a number of collaboration

SPONSORSHIP PROVISIONS
I. General Provisions
1. The sponsor interested in this sponsorship is obliged to sign a letter of
collaboration.
2. The collaboration agreement will be done between the committee and the
sponsor related.
3. The sponsor will be able to make a deal with the committee regarding other
forms of collaboration that have not been stated in this proposal.
4. The sponsor will be able to give suggestions regarding the layout of the
promotion media, nevertheless the final decisions are in the hands of the
committee.
5. Every sponsor is obliged to pay an advanced payment of 75% when signing the
collaboration agreement.
6. Willingness to become a sponsor will be accepted until June 15, 2015.
7. If there is a Single Sponsor willing to support this event, then other sponsors
(main and side sponsors) will be cancelled and the advanced payment already
paid will be fully refunded by the committee.
8. All payments must be completed by June 21, 2015.

11. The collaboration agreement can be made between an authorized party of the
sponsor and the proposal carrier from the committee.
12. Administrations can be completed at the committees secreatriat or at the
sponsors location.
13. Other provisions that have not been arranged will be made based on the deal
between the committee and sponsor. After a deal is made between these two
parties, a collaboration agreement will be formed by the committee that will be
signed on seal by both parties later on.
