software, and comprises of servers, Storage and network elements coupled with

The scope of project is based on ITIL framework of change management it involves
addition, modification or removal of configuration items in the existing Enterprise
Cloud Infrastructure of compute, network and storage.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Cloud service offering from NTT Com Group is an infrastructure as a service provided to
Customer. The platform is orchestrated via purpose-built software, and comprises of servers, Storage and
network elements coupled with Virtualization Technology.
The scope of project is based on ITIL framework of Change management and implementation which
includes below key responsibilities.

Understanding of highly sophisticated SAN infrastructure which comprises of networked storage

from leading vendors such as EMC VNX and Netapp FAS series,Cisco MDS and Brocade SAN
switches.
Installation and logical configuration of new EMC VNX arrays.
Addition of expansion shelf to existing Netapp storage.
Change management tasks include Zoning, LUN masking ,Pool & LUN creation,firmware
upgrade,SANCOPY configuration,snapmirror,aggregate & volume creation.
Network redundancy and load balance testing of Netapp and Isilon arrays.
Using Netapp OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA) tool to create CIFS share,NFS
exports,capacity change and replication.
Close co-ordination with Vmware and Networking team for planning and smooth implementation of
changes in the infrastructure.
Preparing SOP for Monitoring and operations team.

Description The project scope involves delivering 24x7 effective Global support for customer to
protect & recover from critical information from DU/DL (Data Unavailable/ Data Loss)
outages as well as providing root cause for same.

Responsibilities:
Thorough understanding of storage technologies viz: SAN (ISCI, Fibre Channel, FCoE and FCIP), RAID,
FAST, Backup & Replication Technologies, Duplication and Compression etc. for troubleshooting of Mid-
range storage arrays.
Consistently maintaining performance levels in terms of Customer experience, escalations and
collaborations with Array Software Engineers [ASE].
Providing faster resolutions as regards to medium and high priority issues related to ThinLUN, ThickLUN,
Storage Processor Booting, Array Management S/W Unisphere, NaviSphere, Backup & Replication
technologies such as VNX Snapshots, Snap view, Mirror View, Deduplication, Compression and Fast
