INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAMMING (SR-40)

1) Turn on the batteries with handle (A).

2) Sit in the driving seat and start the machine by turning
key (B).

Using potentiometer (C) increase the engine speed
gradually.
3) Shift down lever (D) to enable the cab controls.
4) Operate the crawlers levers and pedals (E) and (F) to
move the machine.

5) If the machine has to be moved over ramps, raise the

mast boom.
Turn selector (G) to the boom position. E F

Move the boom up or down operating lever (H).

Lever forwards: boom down

Lever backwards: boom up
Raise the boom to move the mast lifting cylinders above
the driving cab. D

Raise the boom while holding the mast horizontal.
Move the machine by strictly observing the limits G
indicated below.
DANGER
This procedure refers to a machine configured as
shown in the picture. For other machine
configurations, please address to Soilmec After-
sales Service.
6) After tramming:
- deactivate the cab controls
- stop the machine
- disconnect the batteries.
