1.0 PENGENALAN
The English language is a mode of communication used in our daily lives. Not only are
communication important for the pupils, it is also used as one of the means of learning or even self-
accessed learning for the average individual. English is the main language use in our world today.
This denotes the importance of the English language learning in the primary school level. Pupils are
needed to be exposed to everyday language used not only in classrooms, but also in the media,
everyday signs and also management. The English as a second language can form the basis of a
pupils development and interest in all things knowledge. Through English activities, not only pupils
will have fun and learn more, they can develop a sense of self-directed learning through non-
conventional methods such as games, online games, and through educational programs. The English
Language carnival is a medium of which pupils can have a look into how English language can benefit
them, allow language activities to be fun and how everything English can benefit them in the future.

2.0 RASIONAL
Expose pupils to fun learning activities through formal and informal situations
Develop creativity and pupils language skills and improve pupils communication skills.
Instill a positive attitude about the English language at the Primary School level
Discover potential in pupils on English mastery
Engage pupils and teachers in a conducive learning culture and environment

9.0 PENUTUP
With the hopes of embodying English as one of the main means of communication in the
schools culture, the English panel will carry this project with fervor. This carnival is a platform for
pupils to have a hands-on experience with the language that they will find everywhere. So it is to the
benefit of pupils and teachers alike to have this carnival carried out. It is with hope as well that this
initiative teachers and pupils can become up-to-date with English learning in lined with the 21st
century learning initiative.
