Scope of Work for Wateen-NBP Yahclick Submitted By Supernet PMO

1. Introduction
Wateen has ordered Supernet to Deploy Yahclick at the NBP ATMs all over Pakistan.
Following are the Porject Outlines

1) Internet on Yahclick at the ATM Sites of NBP.

2) This Internet will be used to Dial VPN at NBP head office in Karachi
3) VPN Concentrator is placed at NBP Head Office
4) Remote end/Branch router will be Provided and configured by Wateen
5) Site readiness and Permission will be arranged and will be communicated by Wateen
to Supernet
6) Link acceptance will be provided by Wateen

Constrains:
1) Last Mile is still not decided either supernet will use its already deployed fiber for
internet or it will use Wateens already deployed Fiber for Internet
2) Acceptance criteria is still not locked between Supernet and Wateen
3) Still Supernet need to discuss the connectivity with Wateens technical Team

1.1 Scope of Work

1) Supernet t will Deploy Yahlick VSAT link for Internet Link at NBP ATM sites.
2) Proper Cabling of the VSAT link is Supernet responsibility
3) Supernet will deploy VSAT Link according to Industry Standard
4) Supernet Will hand off the link on Ethernet Interface
5) Ethernet cable from modem to router is Supernet responsible (Patch not exceeding
more then 3ft)
6) Supernet will provide /30 Routable IP POOL to wateen
7) IP POOL will be assigned to the Link withn 24 Hours of link commissioning
8) Transportation of the Equipment to the remote site is Supernet responsibility
9) Supernet team will do the civil work where required or Drill the Hole for the
installation
10) Installation material is Supernet responsibility

1.2 Requirements
1) Wateen will provide the Permission and access at the ATM/Branch End.
2) Wateen will make sure that ATM/Branch has the proper Power available.
3) Wateen will make Sure that site environment is suitable for the link installation
4) Wateen will make sure that Proper cable route is known to the teams on site.

5) Permission for civil work and Drilling will be arranged by Wateen.

6) Link should be tested and acknowledged within the 24 Hours of link commissioning
7) Wateen will provide Pre-Configured router at the remote site

2. Compliance
1) Internet Bandwidth on VSAT(2 Mbps Down and 256kbps UP)
2) /30 IP POOL
3) Internet bandwidth with VPN to NBP head Office
