There was no “July 29, 2009, judgment”, and you conspired with other Officials and Defendants to falsify a “writ of execution” Doc. # 425. You knew, concealed, and conspired to conceal that Dr. Jorg Busse had paid the final mandate and money judgment in the amount of “$24.30”, Doc. # 365. You fraudulently concealed that there were no “actual and necessary attorney’s fees” in the amount of “$5,000.00”. Here in exchange for bribes, you covered up for the publicly recorded crimes by Defendant Appellee Kenneth M. Wilkinson, Lee County Appraiser’s Office, and Jack N. Peterson, Lee County Attorney’s Office. You fraudulently concealed the prima facie criminality, illegality, and nullity of said fake “writ”, Doc. # 425. Just like you conspired to fabricate a “writ of execution”, Doc. # 425, and to fraudulently conceal the fictitious “July 29, 2009, judgment”, you conspired with other Officials to illegally alter Plaintiff(s)’ NOTICE OF APPEAL, Doc. # 436, and add and/or cause others to add 90 fictitious pages. On 08/03/2010, Plaintiff Jorg Busse, M.D., M.M. had filed 443 pages in the presence of witnesses. However, the Clerk of Court, Drew Heathcoat, erroneously reported 533 pages, Doc. # 436. The victims of your crimes complained about your pattern and policy of fabricating, e.g., a fake “legislative act”, fake “resolution”, fake “condemnation” proceedings, fake “judgment”, fake “writ”, fake 90 pages, fake “instrument”, fake “O.R. 569/875”, et al. Public policy demands that you do the time for your organized crime, extortion, and racketeering scheme. Here, no genuine “$5,048.60” and/or $5,000.00 money mandate” had ever existed, because, e.g.: a. The 11th Circuit had lost jurisdiction on 06/11/2009; b. The only and final mandate was in the amount of “$24.30”, Doc. # 365; c. Def. Appellee Wilkinson had never filed any Rule 38 motion; d. The $24.30 money judgment for “copies” pursuant to Rule 39, Fed.R.App.P., had become final on June 15, 2009, Doc. # 365; e. No Bill of Costs for “$5,000.00” and/or “$5,048.60” had ever existed or could have possibly existed.
