experience any problems due to defects in materials or manufacture, please contact us

Should your product develop a fault, please follow these steps immediately:

We will gladly replace any defective product due to defective materials or workmanship
We will not replace any product that has faults due to accidental damage, abuse or from
failure to follow the instructions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
