DOJ Trigger Man for the Clinton-Obama-Bush never-Trump Operation

Michael E. Horowitz Inspector General (IG) for the Department of Justice the person responsible for
all internal investigations and reviews of potential government corruption and malfeasance inside the
DOJ and FBI, the investigative arm of the DOJ.

Mr. Horowitz earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his
Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Brandeis University.
The relationship between IG Horowitz and former FBI Director James Comey dates to the early
90s when Horowitz worked for Comey. From 1987 to 1993, James Comey worked at the U.S.
Attorneys Office for the Southern District of New York, serving as deputy chief of the Criminal
Division. Horowitz also worked for Southern District of New York for some of that time; Comey
and Horowitz were both there from 1991 through 1993, with Horowitz being assistant U.S.
attorney.
In 1995, he was awarded the Attorney Generals Award for Distinguished Service for his work on
a complex police corruption investigation.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Horowitz was the Chief of the Public Corruption Unit, and from 1995 to
1997, he was a Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division.
Before joining the DOJ, Mr. Horowitz was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton and clerked for
Judge John G. Davies of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Horowitz previously worked for the DOJ in the Criminal Division at Main Justice from 1999
to 2002, first as Deputy Assistant Attorney General and then as Chief of Staff, appointed by
President Bill Clinton under US Attorney General Janet Reno.
He also was a board member of the Ethics Resource Center and the Society for Corporate
Compliance and Ethics. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Horowitz served as a Presidentially-appointed
and Senate-confirmed Commissioner on the U.S. Sentencing Commission under President
George W. Bush.
Prior to serving as Inspector General, Mr. Horowitz worked as a partner at Cadwalader,
Wickersham, & Taft LLP, where he focused his practice on white collar defense, internal
investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Michael E. Horowitz was announced as President Barack Obamas nominee for Department of
Justice Inspector General in July 2011. He was confirmed to the OIG by the Senate on March 29,
2012, and he was sworn in on April 16, 2012.

Under the oversight of DOJ IG Horowitz, the Obama-Clinton administration was able to skate free on
numerous criminal scandals.

Not only was the Obama administration marked by scandal of the most serious sort perverting the
machinery of the state for political ends it was on that front, which is the most important one, the
most scandal-scarred administration in modern presidential history.

Under the Obama administrations watch, the Internal Revenue Service and other federal
agencies from the BATF to the NLRB were illegally used to target and harass the presidents
political enemies. The IRS targeting scandal was the most high-profile of these, but others are
just as worrisome. Federal investigations and congressional oversight were obstructed, and
investigators were lied to outright a serious crime. The administration protected the
 wrongdoers and saw to it that they retired with generous federal pensions rather than serving
federal sentences for their crimes.
The Obama administration oversaw the illegal sale of arms to Mexican traffickers for purposes
that to this date have not been adequately explained, and those guns have been used to murder
American law-enforcement officers.
President Obamas secretary of state was involved in a high-profile case in which she improperly
set up a private e-mail system to evade ordinary governmental oversight; she and her associates
routinely misled investigators, obstructed investigations, and hid or destroyed evidence.
The Obama administration made ransom payments to the Iranian government and lied about
having done so.
Under the Obama administration, the Secret Service has been a one-agency scandal factory,
from drunk agents driving their cars into White House barriers to getting mixed up with hookers
in Cartagena.
Under the guise of developing green energy projects, the Obama administration shunted
money to politically connected cronies at Solyndra and elsewhere.
Obamas men at the Veterans Administration oversaw a system in which our servicemen lost
their lives to bureaucratic incompetence and medical neglect, and then falsified records to cover
it up.
Under the flimsiest of national-security pretexts, the Obama administration used the
Department of Justice to spy on Fox News reporter James Rosen. It also spied on the Associated
Press.
False tax evasion investigation involving Swiss bank accounts, as cover for the international
money laundering operation run by the Obamas and Clintons via UBS and HSBC banks in
Switzerland.
The Obama administrations attorney general, Eric Holder, left office while being held in
contempt of Congress for inhibiting the investigation of other Obama administration scandals.

Also on his watch, Hillary Clinton was involved in numerous scandals, some of which rise to the level of
crimes supported by hard indisputable evidence. No investigation was allowed to be completed or
charges to be brought despite public acknowledgement by members of the FBI and DOJ to crimes having
been committed.

Once again, most of this took place under the oversight of DOJ IG Michael E. Horowitz. His long-term
affiliations with the Clintons, the Obamas, the Bush family, Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein, Lynch, Holder
and others raises direct conflict of interest problems for Horowitz. All of these players are long-term
friends and associates dating back many years.

Following two evaded letters to then FBI Director Comey from the Senate Judiciary Committee dated 17
May, 2016 and 28 October, 2016 - demanding a full scale investigation into all of the crimes committed
by Hillary Clinton during the Obama administration, including her illegal use of foreign campaign
donations and fake intelligence to launch media attacks against her GOP opponent in the 2016
Presidential election a third letter was sent from the Senate Judiciary Committee to DOJ IG Michael E.
Horowitz demanding a full investigation into all the above, dated 2 November, 2016.

On 12 January, 2017 after the election but prior to the 20 January, 2017 inauguration of President
Trump, IG Horowitz finally issued a formal public statement opening an OIG oversight review of all
related criminal matters. However, he also named himself to head that investigation. Since that date, no
such investigation has occurred so far as available public records indicate.

THE SESSIONS DEAL

During the Senate confirmation of Jeff Sessions as incoming U.S. Attorney General, Senate democrats
and some committee republicans raised objection to Sessions appointment despite holding him in the
highest regard as a fellow Senator.
This objection was a media circus designed to force Sessions to recuse himself from any ongoing DOJ
investigations into systemic corruption between the Hillary Clinton campaign for President, Attorney
General Loretta Lynch and James Comey, as well as the ongoing witch hunt against Trump based on
the fake Russian hacking story, created by three private intel companies launched in coordination
with Barack Obama in 2009 for the sole purpose of opposition research on all political opponents.

Holding OIG oversight of Lynch and Comey throughout the corruption with the Clinton campaign was IG
Michael E. Horowitz, who likely advised Sessions to recuse himself in order to obtain Senate
confirmation and distance himself from the false investigations into Trump-Russia collusion.

Recused from any serious DOJ investigations, the new Attorney General Sessions was placed in a box,
unable to advance unfettered investigations in to Democratic Party and Clinton campaign collusion and
corruption, or stop the never-ending fake narrative to undermine Trump over Russian hacking claims
that have yet to produce any evidence.

Sessions was immediately placed in a (recusal) box upon becoming U.S. Attorney General due to the
direct conflict of interests between Clinton, Obama, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Rice, Mueller, Lynch,
Holder, McCain, Bushs, Brennan, Graham and numerous others, all of whom have worked together for
decades and now work together to destroy Trump. In the center of this group and connected to all of
them since the early 90s is DOJ IG Michael E. Horowitz.

CONCLUSION OF EVIDENCE

Beginning in the 90s via the Clinton Administration and continuing through the Obama Administration
and now operating against the Trump Administration from within the DOJ, Michael E. Horowitz appears
to be the trigger man for the Democratic Party, Clinton, Obama, Lynch, Comey, Mueller, the Bush
family and Soros as they work together to eliminate the Trump agenda.

At best, Horowitz has grossly failed to provide true moral or ethical oversight of the DOJ from his
position as IG. On this basis alone, his employment as DOJ IG should be immediately terminated.

At worst, Horowitz has been running political cover for anti-American politicians guilty of multiple
crimes since the 90s. Now he is allowing a fake investigation to unseat Trump as he continues to block
any investigations into the growing list of Clinton, Obama and DNC crimes.
