Further to our discussions we had with you, we are pleased to appoint you as Sales
Manager" in our organization with effect from 04 August 2013.

EMOLUMENTS PAYABLE TO YOU:

Your emoluments, subject to deductions as applicable, will be as follows:

Basic Salary 12000

Local Conveyance 2500

House Rent Allowance 5150

Medical Reimbursement 1350

Other Allowance 1000

Total CTC Rs. 22,000/ PM.

TERMSANDCONDITIONS

You will be under probation for a period of 6 months. Subject to your

satisfactory performance during this period your job will be confirmed.
Your performance will be reviewed every year during the month of April
provided you have completed a minimum of 6 months as of 31 March. Any
increase in compensation or responsibility will solely depend on your
performance in your existing assignment.
You may be assigned any work by the management without
necessity of any additional remuneration.
While in service you will not engage in any other activity or profession of any nature,
which is detrimental to the interests of the Company.
If you are found to be holding any interest in any other business without the
Knowledge of the Company, it will be treated as misconduct and necessary
disciplinary action will be initiated against you and your services are liable to be
terminated.
 In the course of your duties, information about the firm's business of a private or
confidential nature may come into your hands. The unauthorized divulgence of such
information may render you liable for dismissal.
You will be governed by the rules and regulation of service of the Company that may
be in force or which may be framed, amended, altered or extended from time to
time.

Your services may be terminated on one month's notice on either side. In this event
any salary due to you or to the Company, in lieu of notice will be calculated
on your total compensation package.

The contents of this appointment order and the details of salary, etc. are highly
confidential and therefore should be discussed only with your Management(s).

Please return the duplicate of this appointment letter duly signed by you in all the pages
in token of your having accepted the terms and conditions mentioned above.
