especially for healthy fertility, digestion beauty, fitness etc the human body consists of
55 % to 78 % water, depending on body size. In order to fungction properly, the human
body requires between one and seven liters of water every day to avoid dehidartion; the
exact number depends on the level of activity, temperature humidity, and several other
factor. Apart from drinking water, people get from food and drink liquids other than
weater. Most people belive that people need 8-10 glasses (about two liters) per day.

Water as control !! is it true, because almost in human body is water, and human
is depends to water. And two of the benefit water in body is increase to moisture and
reduce dehydration. For the first, water control for increase to moisture is so dry skin is
not visible and the temperature of body can keep because as we all know that almost
70 % of our body is water. And for the second, is reduce dehydration, it means water
as controls minimize dehydration where water levels in the body dehydrating, because
humans are generally easy to dehidrating because activity factor, temperature, humidity
and other factors, and also water can give fressnesh for body and because water as
neutralized in body.

Water as disease control , In addition, water can strengthen your immune


system. Because water can increase glycogen stores, a form of carbohydrate stored in
muscles and used as energy when you work. Water as alternative treatment bacause
also water is treatmetnt which easy because just to drink, or consume 2 liter per day,
and I think if do it every day, beleve it or not water can increase quality of our body. And
water also as control improve the ability of the virus because water as netralized. And
also because first, the digestive system . consuming enough amounts of water every
day will the digestive system, so we will avoid the problems- digesive problem such as
ulcers and constipation. The second, the proses burning calories more efficently. Water
helps to slow the growth of cells-cencer cells, prevent kidney stones and heart disease.
Consuming water also makes the body more energy. The next, heart healthy. Water is
also belived to cure heart disease, rheumatism, skin damage, respiratory, intestinal, and
the issue of feminity. Water is also used in alternative medicine. And the last, as Diet.
Water is out toxins and impurities in the body more quickly thourgh urine and sweat. For
who are dieting, drinking warm water before meals is one way to reduce food intake,
water conteins no calories, sugar, or fat.

Water as psyhological wall-being, for fitness body increase and for fertility.
Actualy water is not only to cleanse the body only, but also a necessary compound in
the body. We are more able to maintain a lack of food rather than water shortage. Since
