Dear Mr. Shashi,

With reference to your application and the subsequent discussions you had with us, we are
pleased to offer you the position of RF Engineer, on the terms & condition as below:

1. Your Salary will be Rs.7, 000 Per Month (Gross).

2. You can claim Rs. 150 against lodgings and boarding allowance for Base Location and Rs.
350 out of base location.
3. You will be on Probation for 6 months.
(No leave will be allowed during the probation period)
4. You need to submit the documents as per Annexure I on the day of joining.
(It is subject to deduction of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC),
Professional Tax (PT), Tax Deduct at Source (TDS) if required.)

You are requested to join on or before 5th August 2016.

The company reserves the right to extend the probation period or terminate the employee
without any prior notice.

You will have to travel to different locations based on the company requirement.

Qualification Certificates (original and Photocopy both,)

Blood Group Report

Five copies of recent passport size photographs

Bank accounts details ( Passbook Photocopy/Cancelled Cheque )
