Proportion of 10-5 provided legitimes of legitimate children are not impaired- the legitimes of legitimate children will be impaired if the number of illegitimate
children is exactly twice the number of legitimate children with spouse or if the number of illegitimate children is more than twice the number of legitimate children
with or without spouse. In this case the 1st half of the estate shall be given to the legitimate children to be divided by them equally then from the 2nd half of the
estate shall be taken the legitime of the spouse and whatever remains to be given to the illegitimate children likewise to be divided by them equally
