IEEE IECON conference policy requires that each full, regular registration entitles an author to pub-
lish up to one paper. If you would like to submit two papers, please apply for additional paper 200.00
instead of making two registrations, so that you can obtain the discounted rate. If you would like to
submit three or more papers, please register twice (one registration with additional paper and another
registration).
Note that for the manuscript to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and
be sent to IEEEXplore, you must fulfill the following four conditions:

1. Successfull Crosscheck and PDF eXpress Plus check (a proof has to be provided during final
paper upload)

2. Registration of at least one author

3. Upload of final version

4. Transfer of copyright to IEEE.

Please note that all these steps must be completed by July 20th. After this date youll incur in higher
registration rate and in potential esclusion of your paper from conference proceedings.
When the program of the conference is finished we will inform you of the date and time allocated for
your presentation, as well as the instructions for you to present your work.
Authors requiring visa to enter Italy must start the process for getting it soon. Instructions are avail-
able at conference web site. An invitation letter to obtain visa will be provided upon request, after paper
upload.
