Course description:
This course focuses on the patterns of people behavior at the three possible levels of human
behavior in organizations: the level of individual behavior, the level of group behavior and the
behavior of the organization. The course aims at mastering the theoretical knowledge and
practical skills in the field of modern forms and methods of controlling the behavior of
individuals and groups to improve the efficiency of the organization in procedures of staff
recruitment, placement and assessment in accordance with the individual characteristics of the
person, managing emotions and stress in the organization, creating motivating work
environment, managing career development, team building and improving the efficiency of the
group, designing effective communication flows, constructive management of organizational
conflict, the formation and maintenance of organizational culture.
