WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF MOTORIZED FRANCHISE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED OF SALE is entered into and between

I, KAHARUDIN C. AKIR , Filipino of legal age, single and resident of Barangay

Banale, Pagadian City, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR, THAT FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION of the sum of EIGTHY THOUSAND PESOS (80, 000.00) Philippine
Currency, to us in hand paid by HAFIDZ A. CAMAD and JASMINE B. CAMAD, both
Filipino and of legal age, and both a resident of Banale, Pagadian City, hereinafter
referred to as VENDEES, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to our full
satisfaction, do hereby TRANSFER, SELL, CEDE and CONVEY by way of sale unto
said VENDEES, their heirs and successor, the following MOTOR VEHICLE with
sidecar, particularly described as follows, to wit:

WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I, KAHARUDIN C. AKIR, whose personal circumstances have already been
mentioned above, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
declare;

That I am the grantee of a Motorized Franchise under MTFRB CASE NO. PAG-
2014-0411. With Motor Side Car No. 1205

That I stopped operating the said tricycle under the said franchise because I
shifted to another line of livelihood;

That for and consideration of the foregoing, I am no longer interested to continue

possessing the above-mentioned franchise and hereby WAIVE, RELINQUISH and
CONVEY said Motorized franchise, MTFRB CASE NO. PAG-2014-0411. With Motor
Side Car No. 1205 in favor of the herein named MAR HAFIDZ A. CAMAD and
JASMINE B. CAMAD, their heirs, successors and assigns, free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.

and wife and both are residents of Purok Lower Lumbia, Lumbia District, Pagadian City, hereinafter referred
to as VENDORS, THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P30,000.00) Philippine Currency, to us in hand paid by ELMER P. TOCA JR., Filipino of legal age,
married to Lily ann Toca and a resident of Purok Sampalok, R.T Lim Street, Balangasan District, Pagadian
City, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to our full satisfaction, do
hereby TRANSFER, SELL, CEDE and CONVEY by way of sale unto said VENDEE, his heirs and
successor, the following sidecar with frachise, particularly described as follows, to wit:

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We spouses. ROMEO UBALES and RUBILYN UBALES , whose personal circumstances

have already been mentioned above, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
declare;

That we are the grantee of a Motorized Franchise under MTFRCB NO. PAG-2010-3146.

That we stopped operating the said tricycle under the said franchise because we shifted to another
line of livelihood;

That for and consideration of the foregoing, We are no longer interested to continue possessing the
above-mentioned franchise and hereby WAIVE, RELINQUISH and CONVEY said Motorized franchise in
favor of the herein named VENDEE ELMER P. TOCA JR. , his heirs, successors and assigns, free from
all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
