I. PUPILS DEVELOPMENT
1. Pupils attended the everyday lesson
2. Attended the Nutrition Month Celebration.
3. A winner candidate of Mr. Nutrition 2017.
4. Conduct Remedial Reading.
5. Pupils actively participated in the classroom activities.
6. Joined the Nutrition Month Celebration.
7. The class are joined the Foundation Day of and Freed Demonstration with has a required uniform of each
participant.
8. Joined the Nutrition Celebration Parade and Coronation parade before the programs are started.
9. All pupils are joined the Nutrition Month display of fruits and vegetables.

II. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared chart exercised on reading realness.
2. Prepared flash cards on reading exercises.
3. Updated display on the display boarded.
4. Made instructional device / teaching devices.
5. Prepared daily lesson guide.

III. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Joined the first fare, nutrition month celebration and first demonstration exercises competition.
2. Initiate the parents about making kubo by searching best kubo made and display.
3. Conducted Homeroom PTA Meeting for kinders parents.
4. Conduct Nutritional Status as required.
5. Joined the deworming 100% of my pupils dewormed as required for.
6. Joined the Nutrition Month Celebration and Induction of PTA Officers and Ball with parents Intermission
Dance.

IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared the classroom clean and comfortable to 53 pupils.
2. Made again the addition small gulayan plot garden.
3. Made the new flower box and 1 hand washing facilities.
4. Have 1 faucet in classroom CR and 1 faucet in lavatory not working.
5. Maintained the inner walls of kinder Apple classroom.
6. Joined a beautiful Kubo Contest.

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES
1. Create harmonious relationship with parents and community.

1. Pupils attended the first day classes last June 5, 2017.
2. All pupils conduct diagnostic test last June 9, 2017.
3. Pupils actively participated in the classroom activities.
4. Conduct Remedial Reading.

II. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Prepared chartered exercised on reading realness.
2. Prepared flash cards on reading exercises.
3. Updated display on the display board.
4. Made instructional device / teaching devices.
5. Always have a prepared DLL in everyday lesson.

III. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Always attended faculty meeting.
2. Attended meeting called by grade level chairman coordinator of our school.
3. Initiated the clean and green to the parents and school beautification by landscaping under the
agono tree and 2 landscaping by provided own drip wood by putting some hanging flowers with
attaching some orchids with plants on the land caped garden.
4. Joined the Independence Day Parade initiate by LGU.

IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Maintained cleanliness and orderliness in the classrooms and surroundings.
2. Maintained inner walls of Kinder Apples Classroom.
3. Constructed the classroom C.R.
4. Painted the in and out walls of the classroom.
