The following motion was made by the Executive Officers

and carried forward by the Board of Directors.

Motion: The Vive Les Arts Societe Theatre Board of Directors

recommends to the Vive Les Arts Societe Theatre Membership to
dissolve the business of the Vive Les Arts Societe Theatre and
Vive Les Arts Childrens Theatre due to financial instability related
to lack of interest, membership, donations, sponsorships and general
community attendance and support effective COB August 31, 2017.

recommendation to dissolve the business of the VLAS Theatre and the
VLAS Childrens Theatre effective COB August 31, 2017.

VLAS Childrens Theatre and wish to reverse the Board of Directors
recommendation and continue the business of the theatres.
