AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICE TO ADJOINING LOT OWNERS

I, OFELA BLANCAS LAYFIELD, of legal age, Filipino, married to Andrew Martin

Layfield and resident of Brgy. Pandalya, Munoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, after being
duly sworn to in accordance with law, witnesseth and declare:

1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land situated in Brgy. Alimanguan,

San Vicente, Palawan and covered by KATIBAYN NG ORIHINAL NA TITULO
(OCT) No. E-34070 (Patent No. 045319-09-25896) issued by the Register
of Deeds of the Province of Palawan which consists SIX HUNDRED NINE (609)
SQUARE METERS, more or less;

2. That I sold the above-mentioned parcel land known as Lot No. 3052,
Cad-860-D, to ELENA PAYOT GABI by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale executed
on June 27, 27, 2017 at Puerto Princesa City before Atty. Emilia Concepcion D.
Severino and recorded in her notarial book as Doc. No. 200; Page No. 41; Book
No. III; Series of 2017;

3. That prior to the sale of said lot, the adjoining lot owners were notified
of the sale of the said lot by me or through my duly authorized representative;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and to comply with the requirements at Register of Deeds of Palawan.
