AFFIDAVIT

I, NELDA G. BRITANICO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of

Purok Palmera, Visayan Village, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the same NELDA G. BRITANICO who is an applicant for

retirement as Court Stenographer I of MCTC Mabini-Pantukan, Mabini,
Compostela Valley Province;

2. As part of my requirement for retirement, I turned over the following

items:

a. key to the entrance of the office;

b. key to the room assigned;
c. printer (Epson LQ 300+ 11 Dot Matrix (80 Col.))

3. Receipts for the keys are hereto attached as Annex A. The said
keys were returned to the Municipal Administrator because I derived the
keys from their office sometime in the 1980s 1990s;

4. I did not intentionally acquired possession over the printer to

appropriate it for myself. The same was brought to the computer shop for
repair and perhaps due to the repair, the sticker bearing the serial
number of the printer was removed;

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts in connection with my requirements for retirement and for whatever
legal purpose this may serve.
