Payment Instructions:

You can pay your account in any SM Payment Centers located at SM branches and SM Hypermarkets in Iloilo City from 10am to 7pm, Monday-Sunday within the validity period indicated in
this statement. SM will no longer accept payments after the validity period. You can pay your balances after the validity period at the University Cashier's office.
Payment made through SM Payment Centers will be posted in your IUIS account within 3-5 days from date of payment. Acknowledgement Receipt issued by SM serves as provisional receipt.
You can claim your Official Receipt at the University Cashier's Office by presenting your SM Acknowledgement Receipt 3-4 weeks after enrolment. Deficiencies in your payments or additional
assessments, if any, as a result of late payment, enrolment of additional subjects, subject changing will be reflected in your IUIS account payable before the semester ends. Kindly check your
balances in the IUIS account from time to time.
Previous balance must be paid in full. If student has previous balance but SM erroneously receives payment for current semester only, such payment will applied to previous balance.

Note: Alteration(s) in the system printout of the statement of account (SOA) constitutes computer forgery, a criminal act punishable under Sec 4 b.1 (i) of RA 10175 - Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
Any payment if determined to have been made using an altered/tampered SA shall be forfeited in favor of the government. The student payee shall be held liable with the appropriate disciplinary action,
expulsion or both without prejudice to any further court proceedings arising from such act.
Conditions for Official Enrolment: (1) Student has paid the minimum payment for the current semester. (2) All prior semester balances are paid in full. (3) For students with full scholarships
(school fees are 100% covered by scholarship)-scholarship is tagged at the OSA and credited at the Cashiers' office (4) For students with partial scholarships (school fees are not 100% covered by
scholarship)-scholarship is tagged at the OSA, credited at the Cashiers' office and student has paid his/her personal share. (5) Student's name must be in the Official Class list generated from the IUIS.
