support center. Project scope is to do new customization on some of the modules such as IM,
COM, WHM, MRP and Finance process, along with production support on AS/400 side. All the
Customizations were delivered on timely basis. Worked as one of the key technical person with
the following responsibilities

Project Description:
This maintenance project involves Management of stock and transaction details for the
companies. Based on the satisfaction of the Client on the Quotations, purchase order for the
specified product is issued. After receiving the purchase order, availability of the corresponding
product is checked against the stock master maintenance table. If the stock is there, transactions
are made and the appropriate files are updated, else the order is replaced.
Reports are generated based on different parameters, which varies depending upon the
business requirement.
