Narrative The above listed subject was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for the listed charges
after patrol observed a vehicle traveling with no plate lamps on Sandstone
Drive. Upon the stop, officers could detect an odor of a consumed alcoholic
beverage. A DWI investigation was completed and the listed subject was found
to be intoxicated. He was transported back to the Potsdam Police Department
where a breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .11%
