1 PARTITIONS
Supply ing and f ixing 70 - 80 mm thick partition consisting of
double skins using 12mm thk prelaminated particle boards
tiles, poly ester / poly v iscous f abric clad magentic boards &
white boards tile and 12mm thk glass panels cut in the prof ile
shown in drawings. The standard partition height will be
1200mm. Basic partition f rames should be using standard
aluminium f rames to prov ide rigidity and durability . Sturdy
lev elers to counter unev en f loor surf ace. Two lev els cable
raceway s of size and shape at abov e tabletop lv l. & other at
skirting lv l as shown in the drawings to be prov ided with
easily retractable cov ers (no screws) f or housing
sockets/cutouts f or electrical and networking. Horizontal &
v ertical trims shall be aluminium extruded section. Aluminium
prof ile f inished with epoxy powder coating to the approv ed
colour / shade. The end caps to be of pv c moulded to match 125 SQFT

2 OFFICER TABLES/ WORK STATIONS

Prov iding and f ixing of tables circular / stright made up of
19mm BWP boards of approv ed makes. There shall be
prov ision f or key board tray f ixed with 2 nos. ball bearing
slide KA 270 (Hettich make). Low height storage spaces each
comprising of 3 nos. drawers 1'-3" wide of v ariable height f or
storage purposes f itted with bottom mounted drawer channels
FR - 402 (Hettich make) hav ing load carry ing capacity upto
15 Kg. There shall be prov ision f or keeping CPU underneath .
The work including f ixing of the drawer auto locks, handles,
catchers, and required hardwares etc. complete in all
respects.
All surf aces shall be f inished with 1.00 mm laminate of

approv ed shade and make along with post-f orming to edges.

Exposed edges of board shall be cov ered with teak wood
beading made out of 3/4" x 1 1/2". The inner surf aces shall
be melamine polished. and melamine polishing shall be
complete in all respects to the entire satisf action of Architect
as per detailed Drawings.

5 WALL FINISHES
Prov iding and apply ing three coats of plastic emulsion paint
including wall care putty on the existing surf aces by
remov ing the existing white wash / oil bound distemper and
making good of the surf ace. 1100 SQFT

6 Prov iding and f ixing 2,-6" high storage racks made up of 19

mm BWP board on all sides, except the rear with 6 mm BWP
ply . The width of each unit of cupboard shall be 1'-6"' and
spacing of 2-'6" with Shutters and intermediate shelv es shall
be maximum @ 1-3 c/c. All surf aces shall be f inished with
1.00 mm thick laminate along with post-f orming to edges
