With due respect, I would like to inform you that my Son, Rudransh Dubey, a student of class II 'B' of
your school, was unable to attend his classes, as he was suffering from XXX.

I got him examined from our paediatrician, who confirmed his illness and advised him complete rest for
two weeks however he was able to recover within XXX days from XXX to XXX and rejoined the classes on
XXX. I am providing the medical certificate from our doctor supporting this fact.
