1. Skill variety
As an Accountant, require minimum degree require B-Com having passed in second division and
must have min. 1 year of experience in the same field. Further, having following skills required in my job

KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

ABILITY TO MAINTAIN GENERAL LEDGERS

COMPUTING SKILLS, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO OPERATE COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING,


SPREADSHEET AND WORDPROCESSING PROGRAMS

COMPETENTCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE

KNOWLEDGE OF PAYROLL FUNCTIONS AND PROCEDURES

ACCURACY AND EFFICIENCY WHEN COMPLETING DATA ENTRY TASKS

2. Task identity
This is the degree to which the job requires completion of a whole, identifiable piece of
work; that is, doing a job from beginning to end with visible outcome

Couple of tasks solely have been assigned to me as follows,

1. Take quarterly stock of all raw material through designated teams


2. Reconciliation of raw material with production and goods export

3. Task significance
Task significance is said to be the degree to which the job has a substantial impact on the
lives of other people and here I feel number of tasks for example employees salary on right
time and without any mistake as he worked whole month with dedication and effort.

4. Autonomy
This pertains to the degree to which the job provides substantial freedom, independence,
and discretion to the individual in scheduling the work and in determining the procedure to
be used in carrying it out

I have been given substantial autonomy related to control factory non profitable expenditures.
5. Feedback
Based on previous points, feedback is analyzed.

It is a given that knowing the results or outcomes of job will help to track or monitor your
effectiveness in your job. It will also help you evaluate your job performance better.

Having knowledge of the outcomes is important because:

1. It will ensure that the worker is fully aware of the success (or failure) of his work and, in the
process, allow them to learn from his mistakes.

2. It will allow the worker to connect, on an emotional level, with the customers or end users of
their outputs. Consequently, this will let them find more meaning in their work.
