The chargeable maximum weight limit for DHL JUMBO BOX is 15kg for Box 5 and 30kg for Box 8.

Customs Duties, Fuel Surcharges, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in rates.
Remote Area Surcharges may apply depending on origin or destination postal codes.

These rates are correct at the time of printing and DHL reserves the right to change rates without prior notice.

Important notes:
1) You must use the DHL JUMBO BOX boxes for your shipment in order to enjoy the low flat fee.
2) For maximum protection, your shipment should not exceed recommended weight limit. You should divide your shipment into several boxes should it exceed the weight limit.

3) Note that each DHL JUMBO BOX boxes must be accompanied by its own Air Waybill and paperwork (unlike DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE where one Air Waybill for multi-piece shipments is
allowed).
4) DHL JUMBO BOX shipments that exceed the maximum weight limit will be charged with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE rates or premium fees.
5) DHL JUMBO BOX shipment will be charged based on their actual or volumetric weight (whichever higher).
6) DHL JUMBO BOX is not valid for transport collect shipments.
7) We recommend that you maintain the original packaging when sending computers (monitors, modems, etc.) as the moulded thick styrofoam and thick hard sponge protects the computer
parts and cushions any shock.
