Madam:
Greetings from the SPA Club! We would like to ask for your permission to approve our
request to conduct a General Cleaning of the SPA Storage Room. We would like to do this for
two consecutive Saturdays for the month of August. Preferably August 19 and August 26, 2017.
Last year, the SPA Storage Room had a major termite problem and we had to throw out a lot of
wasted props and costumes that were damaged by the termites. We also need to organize the
things that need to be sorted out or thrown away to diminish hazards and for a more convenient
way of finding the things we need to borrow from the storage room.
The people involved in this activity are the SPA CLUB OFFICERS in cooperation within our
SPA Club Adviser, Mrs. May Joie Alcaraz.
