Good day.

Today I will present some of the processes in one of the most important areas of the
company, the area of procurement and especially the issue related to inventory.
In our case, being a company that provides maintenance services, the inventory is
managed by project and with a just-in-time purchase model; The level of supply comes
from the materials, equipment and supplies needed for the specific work being done for
each customer and the reuse of the remnants; This provides for the need to have optimal
levels of stocks to meet the needs of the client, since the contracting is done according to
the work contracted; At the same time, it intends to implement an inventory policy that
maximizes the use of resources, reduces the production of waste and reuses the raw
materials or byproducts that are respectful with the environment.
An inventory policy will be implemented that stipulates its reduction with a first-in-first-
out inventory control system known as a FIFO that creates an alert only for personal
protection equipment.
As a precautionary measure the stock level that the personal protection equipment handles
will be worked through the history of purchase of these elements making an average of
consumption of the 2 months to supply the following month

April according to the method of weighted moving average for the forecast of
provisioning
