disposition of a house and lot worth 1 Million in favor of Laida. Barbel and Nom was
instituted as heirs with V. share in Miguel's estate. Out of Miguel, disgust for
Adclaida and his father. both were omitted.

However, Miguel gave h following legacies: a) To Nyoy: Toyota worth 500k b) Cora:
Jewelry worth 500k. Henry and Miley were instituted as substitutes. Cora
predeceased Miguel.

Miguel also made the following: a) Borrowed from her mother: 250k b) Borrowed
from Laida: 300k c) Donated to grandparents: Farm worth 750k

Zorra was 7 months pregnant and was killed during a car accident. Zorra was
survived by her mother. grandmother and brother. Zorn, estate comprises of the
following: a) Savings Deposit worth 100k and b) Coffeeshop donated by Imeldy
worth 500k.

Zorra instituted her parents and brother to the entire estate and Barbel as
substitute for Miguel. Miguel's estate SM. After the death of Miguel, Trixie filed a
Petition for Probate of Miguel and Zorra's wills. Adclaida opposed on thc ground
that the will was not cxecured in the Philippines and the dispositions are invalid.
