Located in Kunshan, only an hours ride from Shanghai airport, Hiecise has been a

national level high-tech enterprise dedicating to creating of the best roll grinders. We sell our

products to customers at home and abroad in the fields of ferrous metal industry (both hot

strip and cold strip mill in the fields of iron & steel, stainless steel), nonferrous metal

industry (bronze strip & plate, aluminum strip & plate & foil etc.), machining industry,

textile industry, papermaking industry etc.

endeavor for consistent technology innovation and are finally acknowledged as a leading

With a former name as Guiyang Huifeng Roll grinder Co., ltd, we started our business

in Guizhou, a province in the southwest of China. In 2003, we opened our branch in

Kunshan, a vigorous city in one of the most important economic centers ---Yangtze River

Delta Economic Zone. Then our Kunshan branch expanded to three factories. Closely

working together, all these factories contributed to our status of being the No.1 in Chinese

roll grinder market.

7. What Makes Us the Top Brand?

First and foremost, Talents are our most precious assets. We have a research &

development team of more than 40 staff, of which more than a dozen have got patents during

service in our company, thanks to our policy to encourage them to study and be innovative.

And we have an after-sales department of more than 80 staff, traveling around China, and

sometimes abroad, to fulfill our commitment to customers.

 Secondly, for manufacturing of high precision roll grinders, proper equipments and

facilities are indispensable. The total number of our processing equipments amounts to 55

(please refer to Annex two as for the list of our processing equipments), among which there

is a five axis CNC processing center, from Spain, a double gantry CNC boring and milling

machine, which is capable of processing an integral body of 27 meters long and 5 meters

wide etc., to name is just a few.

With a managing team of 40 staffs, through ISO9001, 5S managing methods, ERP

process control, quantitative management, we blended in successfully all the above elements

together and accomplished efficient management of the whole company.

 Last but not least, as for some components of our machine, we incorporated some of the

most famous and renowned brands as Siemens CNC system, Siemens motor, Heidenhain or

Fagor grating, Rexroth or Atos hydraulic valve\pump, GERB elastic foundation, THK ball

screw etc.
