LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

It is a matter of great delight to recommend Mr. Noaman Peerzada who is a Client Relations Manager and
also looks after some financial aspects of our company. He joined the Kataria Transport Co. Pvt. Ltd. on
1st August 2010 and has been known to me since then. I am designated as the Executive Director of this
company.

As a novice with the company, Noaman was assigned the task of handling basic Marketing and Financial
aspects of the company.

His next project was to work on the new venture of the company, which is the Turnkey project. He
appreciably managed the client details, gathered relevant data and suggested appropriate modifications
that have had a positive impact in maintaining the client relationships with the company. Along with the
C.R.M. duties Noaman has also suggested some inputs related to the financial aspect of the project, which
have been beneficial to the company.

As a Client Relations Manager, he has been assigned the authority of maintaining orders and high profile
customer links wherein he has done a laudable job. He has been instrumental in garnering appropriate
knowledge within a very short span of time. In addition, he has demonstrated excellent skills of
observation, communication and interpretation. He performs the following tasks such as managing the
details of goods, customer satisfaction, after sale services and maintaining personal contact with the
clients, solving their queries and maintaining relations with the them. As a Marketing team member he
looks after the client company relationship, customer requirements and co-ordination with customers.

Noamans strongest asset is his alacrity. If I were to rank all the people I have had met so far in terms of
their willingness to take initiative, Noaman would rank among the top contenders of our company. He has
great commitment to tasks entrusted to him. He has been diligent during many conferences of our
company where he has been part of the core organizing team.

Noaman is a valued member on whom we can rely on, regardless of the difficulty or variety of the
