. Admission Quota
The department can refuse to accept students, if none of the applicants fulfil
the department's criteria.
In case of some departments, when the number of applicants does not meet
the quota, there can be no selection. This information will be available
when you apply.

. Qualifications
Master's Degree
- Applicant should meet one of the following eligibility clauses
A. The applicants and both parents of the applicants have a nationality other than
Korean and have a Bachelor's degree or in the final semester of the
above degree program at the time of application.
B. If the applicants or one of the parents are not foreigners, the applicants have
completed or are expected to have completed 16 years of primary and secondary
education (elementary to post-secondary) outside of Korea and have a Bachelor's
degree or in the final semester of the above degree program at the time of
application.
1. Screening Procedure
The screening process combines the paper examination, interviews and practical
examination determined by each department. The interviews include tests on learning
capability for major courses.

Our graduate school does not use personal information (such as Foreign Registration
Number or resident registration number, name, e-mail, phone number, and educational
background) for any other reasons than admission selection. But, personal information of
final acceptant are used as materials for making school register, and applicants
agreement is required in submitting the application consequentially.

Every document must be issued within 3 month before submitting the application.
If the document is not written in Korean or English, submit the English notarized document.
Important notices will be sent to Email, so giving accurate Email address and frequent
checking on the Email is very important.

in the order given below.

. Scholarship Privileges
1. Tuition exemption and on-campus residence fees during the entire period of study
(Graduate program : 4 semesters = 2 years) Student must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or
above out of 4.5.
2. Monthly stipend as a GEO TA : KRW 400,000 (Under current exchange rate,
approximately USD 350) during the semesters. (*Stipend offered based on working
hours as a GEO TA during the vacations)
3. Airfare to Korea up to USD 500 : Refund if receipt is handed in after entry.
4. Settlement allowance : KRW 200,000 : Payed in cash once at the beginning of the
school term.
5. Transportation from the airport : Pick up service will be provided only from
Incheon International Airport to the Catholic University International HUB
. Recipient Responsibilities
1. Work as a GEO TA
2. Observe local customs and follow school regulations as stipulated by
The Catholic University of Korea.

2. Notes
A. The screening of applications is conducted only by Songsim International Campus.
B. Applicants who do not submit the required documents within the deadline are
automatically disqualified.
C. Information contained at the applications shall not be changed, and the submitted
documents and the screening fee will not be returned.
D. Grades at the screening examination are not disclosed.
E. If the applicants pass the examination or enter the school in unacceptable ways,
admission to the school will be canceled at any time.
