- Tape the composite shape on a dry erase board and have students draw a bird using the
diamond as a body part. Have students label the other shapes in the bird.

Or

- Create a composite shape game board that is in the shape of a bird.

Triangular Prism Predictions:

- Have students pretend that the prism they constructed is a part of a bird and have them act out
how a bird would use that body part. Let them write a description of the triangular prism body
part and how the bird uses it.
