DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

________, married to ____________, of legal age, Filipino and with residence address
at _________, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;

as the BUYER;
WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of a house and lot located at
