Greetings with peace and all blessings!

The common language today in an academic institution is research because through

research we can innovate existing practices, strategies and methodologies to improve
our teaching- learning process. It is also a reason that the institution is imbibing to their
staff, teachers and also to their students the research culture so as to be globally
competent ISAPians and to be innovative researchers ready to face the challenges their
future.

The teachers handling the research subject has a vital role in inculcating on the mind of
learners the importance of research in everyday life and its application to their activities
of daily living. The major role therefore of the teachers is to give them the proper
guidance and knowledge in the research process. Knowing the fact that research is
highly technical in nature, the teacher must be well experienced in doing and conducting
research so as to be able to discuss and share the process of research to the students.

In our present scenario in our locale, there is a rapid turnover of teachers in the high
school department and because of the high demand of teachers today due to the K-12
transition program; the institution hired newly licensed professionals to cater the needs
of our students even for the teachers teaching research. It is therefore the objective of
this letter to ask from your good person an approval for the undersigned to conduct
observation to the research teachers in your department so as to look into the possible
seminars/ workshop to adjunct to their strategies/ methodologies so as to help the
young teachers and research enthusiast from your department to mold their research
writing and teaching skills.
