2 TheaboveVacanciesarenowinexistence.TheListofselectedcandidatespublishedby
theCommissionshallremaininforceforaminimumperiodofoneyearandamaximum

3 TheKerala PublicServiceCommissionshall have thepowertocancel theadvise for
appointmentofanycandidatestotheabovepost,ifitissubsequentlyfoundthatsuch
advisewasmadeundersomemistake.Onsuchcancellationtheappointingauthority
shall terminatetheserviceof candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for
appointmentbytheCommissionandsubsequentterminationofserviceofthecandidate
bytheappointingauthorityshallbemadewithintheperiodofprobationor240days
fromthedateofjoiningdutywhicheverisearlier.
5 MethodofAppointment : DirectRecruitment

01.01.1999(bothdatesincluded)areeligibletoapply
forthispost withusualrelaxationtoScheduledCaste,
ScheduledTribesandOtherBackwardCommunities.
Note: Theprovisionalhandsworkingintheaboveconcernwillbegivenagerelaxationtothe
extentoftheirprovisionalserviceputinsubjecttoamaximumoffiveyearsfromthe
upperagelimitprovidedtheyarewithintheprescribedagelimitonthedateoftheirfirst
appoinment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not
eligiblefortheaboveconcessionforfurtherappointment.Theprovisionalhandsshould
obtainacertificateshowingtheperiodoftheirprovisionalserviceintheconcernand
shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be
clearlyspecifiedinthecertificatethattheywerenotworkingintheregularserviceofthe
concern.

Candidatesmustregisterasper'ONETIMEREGISTRATION'withtheofficial
websiteofKeralaPublicServiceCommission www.keralapsc.gov.in beforeapplying
forthepost.Candidateswhohaveregisteredcanapplybyloggingontotheirprofile
usingtheirUserIDandpassword.Candidatesmustclickonthe'ApplyNow'button
oftherespectivepostsintheNotificationLinktoapplyforapost.Noapplicationfee
isrequired. Candidatesshalltakeaprintoutoftheapplicationbyclickingthelink
RegistrationCardintheirprofile. Candidatesareresponsibleforthecorrectnessof
thepersonalinformationandsecrecyofpassword.Beforethefinalsubmissionofthe
applicationontheprofilecandidates mustensurecorrectnessoftheinformationon
their profile. They must quote the UserID for further communication with the
Commission. Applicationsubmittedisprovisionalandcannotbedeletedoraltered
