1 Pursuant to the Courts June 14, 2017 Order (Dkt. 2124), Defendants Charles Ryan
2 and Richard Pratt file the following Notice regarding compliance for the following
3 performance measures (PMs) and facilities covering the period from June 15, 2017 to July
4 11, 2017.
5 PM 13 (Chronic care and psychotropic medication renewals will be completed in
6 such a manner that there is no interruption or lapse in medication) at Perryville.
7 There were 1444 chronic care and psychotropic medications due for renewal at
8 Perryville during the reporting period. Of these, 1443 (99%) were in compliance. The
9 following inmates medication was not renewed without interruption:
10
11 PM 35 (All inmate medications (KOP and DOT) will be transferred with and
12 provided to the inmate or otherwise provided at the receiving prison without interruption)
13 at Eyman, Florence, Lewis, Perryville, and Tucson.
14 There were 1436 applicable intersystem transfers to Eyman, Florence, Lewis,
15 Perryville, and Tucson within the reporting period. Of these, 299 (21%) were in
16 compliance. The following inmates were not provided their medications upon transfer:

3 PM 40 (Urgent provider referrals are seen by a Medical Provider within 24 hours
4 of the referral) at Eyman.
5 There were 14 urgent provider referrals at Eyman during the reporting period. Of
6 these, four (29%) were in compliance. The following inmates were not seen within 24
7 hours of an urgent referral.

18 PM 44 (Inmates returning from an inpatient hospital stay or ER transport with
19 discharge recommendations from the hospital shall have the hospitals treatment
20 recommendations reviewed and acted upon by a medical provider within 24 hours) at
21 Eyman.
22 There were 30 returns from an inpatient hospital stay or ER transport at Eyman
23 with treatment recommendations during the reporting period. Of these, 29 (97%) were in
24 compliance. All inmates who returned from an inpatient hospital stay or ER transport
