heritage. He studied Engineering at the Amsterdam School of
Technology, Urbanism at the Technical University of Lisbon and

Tom is a young director with a background in (motion)-design and
animation. Hes been creating visuals from a very young age and
has gained work experience in New York, the Netherlands and
London. He participated on acclaimed motion graphics work and is

The Pure Moment of Intuition

The task for this workshop is to create a 3 dimensional Installation

and to experiment and work together with 44flavours. One of the
most important experiences in the work of Julio & Sebastian is the
exchange of ideas and the intuitive work within a team. They would
like to give an insight view of their natural flow of working with
different materials within 3 dimensional space. All the Workshop
Attenders will work on one installation.

16 identical rooms will be the starting point for the exercise. Each
participant will take one of the rooms and generate a dialogue with
the immediately adjacent spaces. Windows, doors, vis-a-vis can be
proposed. The final result will be an unpredictable net of relations.
The exercise lives from the relationship between the parties and
the interdependence generated in the process. The constellation
is the point of arrival. The installation will be discussed, designed
and built during the three-days workshop. in the last day, it will be
displayed in a public space in the city.
