Except as may be provided for by law regarding Holiday Pay, the Company strictly

adheres to the No Work, No Pay policy. The Employee hereby agrees to avail the
statutory benefits for legal and special holidays on the days that the Company
determines, including the working days that are considered non-working holidays in
Australia. Provided that nothing herein shall cause the diminution of benefits due to the
employee as a result of this arrangement.
