Task Procedures:

Classroom management: Ask pupils to clear their table and put both of their hands
on the table. Children, clear your table. Nothing on your table. Put both of your
hands on the table (move hands like wiping a table and put both hands on the
table).
1. Ask pupils what they can see in the sky at night.
2. Relate pupils answers to the topic Our Solar System.
3. Hold up a picture from the REMEMBER THE PLANETS: PICTURE CARDS.(or refer to power
point slides).
4. Model the correct pronunciation of the word.
5. Get pupils to repeat after you.(Make sure you and pupils say each word at least 5
times)
6. Randomly, get a few pupils randomly to say out the words.
7. Inform pupils they are going to complete a worksheet.

13. Go through the answers one by one with pupils. Say out the answers clearly.
Move around to monitor the pupils as you check the answers.
Classroom management: Attract pupils attention when they distracted by saying
Hello children and they will answer Yes, teacher.
Managing errors and mistakes:

a. If pupils say the word incorrectly/poor pronunciation, say Ding Dong. Get another
pupil to read say the word correctly and ask the previous pupils to repeat the word.

Reward and Feedback

a. Praise pupils when they answer your questions correctly, i.e. Awesome! Excellent!
and give them a star-shape stickers to collect. By the end of the month, pupils with
the most stickers will get another big rewards (i.e stationery etc)
